We start with a conversation and a walkthrough of the site. We listen to how you actually live in a space, review your inspiration, and establish a realistic budget range and timeline before anything is drawn.
Plans get priced line by line, selections get locked, and permits get pulled. This is where we do the slow thinking so the build itself moves fast and stays on budget.
One point of contact, a clean job site, and a weekly update with photos. You are never guessing where the project stands or what is happening next week.
We walk the home with you, fix the punch list properly, and hand over everything you need to care for it. Then we stay reachable — a warranty is only worth the person behind it.
